The hotel staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival the travel cot had not been provided. I am unsure whether this was the fault of the hotel or LetsBookHotel.com but the problem was soon resolved. - The closeness of the hotel to the Santa Justa Train Station and The Sevilla Futbol Stadium.

The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too.
We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too.
The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner.
These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

The hotel is set in an old mansion in traditional Seville style but it was very recently renovated. It is stylish and spacious (largest single room I've ever had) and everything was impeccably clean. They have a small pool and lounge area on the roof which affords a nice view and a great place to cool off after a busy afternoon.

This is a charming small hotel in the center of the historic part of Seville. The room was a little small but it was well decorated and very clean. To reach the hotel, you have to walk from a nearby taxi drop off point....don't try finding this one on your own. The street is so narrow that you can touch building on opposite sides of the street.

The location was great, close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, etc. Room had a nice decor and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Won't hesitate to recommend these apartments. It is important to note that taxis/cars are unable to go right next to the hotel/apartments since it is a pedestrian zone. So taxis can take you up to Plaza Santa Cruz and hotel/apartments are only a few minutes away.

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance.
