The hotel staff were very accommodating. Upon arrival the travel cot had not been provided. I am unsure whether this was the fault of the hotel or LetsBookHotel.com but the problem was soon resolved. - The closeness of the hotel to the Santa Justa Train Station and The Sevilla Futbol Stadium.

This Hotel is great for the price. good access to the center and very polite and helpful staff. I will use again for sure. Great bar, fantastic music. They had a live Flemenco band in and I had great fun. - situation of hotel. Nice, big entrance and reception area.

The staff are very helpful and genuinely keen to serve us. Walking distance to many touristic sights, cafes and restaurants. Heads up to the cleaning lady who cleans up the room everyday! Big plus. It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

I chose this hotel as it seemed close to the train station and to the historic centre. It is about 15 mins walk from the station, but it's easy to find. A no 31 bus will take you from the train station, directly to the hotel. The hotel is self is clean and comfortable. There is a lovely bar just behind the church which is to the right of the hotel

This hostel was close to a major tourist shopping area, but not so close as to make it expensive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean although the bathroom was small compared to American standards. The air conditioning worked, which was very important for us since there were highs of 110 when we were there.

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. Pension Montorena is ideally located--15 to 20 minutes walk from major attractions. The facility is very clean and security is excellent. You have to be buzzed in and there is someone at reception around the clock. The staff is very attentive, polite and knowlegeable and was able to answer all of our questions and offered excellent suggestions.

The lady on the reception was VERY friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean, good bed, good shower. There is a very positieve atmosfere in the hotel. In the evening you can have a drink on the top of the hostel. We go back next weekend.Its close to the train station -
