The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

  We stayed at the hotel on the last weekend of our honeymoon, I had mentioned it was our honeymoon on the reservation but not upon arrival. They had a Cava (bottle of Catalonia's sparkling wine) with chocolate covered strawberries in our room waiting for us.   From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. However the best thing, as with any hotel, was the staff. Everyone from the Receptionists to the bar staff and housekeepers were very friendly and helpful.
