  The Location of this apartment was perfect near to metro station and in one of the best street in Barcelona and next to kfc and mac and the apartment is totally safe - Good location near Plaza Real. Good on arrival orientation by Julian. Good facilities.

Kitchen modern and complete regarding all our needs--- came with clean and complete dining set, cookware, etc. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, water pot, toaster stove all worked great. Internet access was fast and reliable. Air conditioning worked great. Great access to Barri Gotic area and nightlife, and the night/bar crowd nois... what people say » e was not a problem or too loud, unless the windows were open. Building had secure code-entry and felt reasonably safe. Sleeping space was adequate. B - Everything was good, location is exellent (on the main street of Barcelona), balcony is a great plus. Somebody said that it is a too much noise from the street, but if you close all the windows - there is no noise. If I will be in barcelona next time, i will stay in this appartment.

  The unit is awesome. Especially love the kitchen facilities. Able to clear laundry thus saving chore of washing back home. Really felt like home away from home. Being in the midst of La Rambla makes it a very convenient location. Did not mind the noise from the busy street. After all, it could hardly be heard once the windows were fully closed. It is located on La Rambla and in walking distance of Barcelona shopping districts. It is very close to a Metro station which makes the rest of Barcelona accessible. The apartment has a washing machine / clothes dryer which can be an advantage if one has been travelling for an extended period.

  Décor was modern in design (Ikea) and apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you might need for cooking/eating was in the apartment. Air conditioning worked well! Location was excellent, literally one minute walk to Liceu Metro stop. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars on Lam Ramblas, but step further afield and less touristy venues ... what people say » available at lower price! Had a wonderful short stay with all the comfort of a hotel without the formality! - The location was the best as we cannot ask for a better location than being in las ramblas..we got around every where S we were in the best location.at the same time there was no sound disturbance in the bedroom.the apartment was very clean and the facilities were very good which made our stay very pleasant..

  This was the second time we stayed here and we will be staying there again in the Fall. Liked the bunk beds for the kids even though the ladder was a little hard to climb for my son. Location is amazing and super close to Las Rambles, the market and tons of food options. Stated on my booking and was met and shown around the security door and lift facilities. l was pleasantly surprised once I entered the apartment. The facilities and decor were good. The location is just a 200 yard walk off las rambles. There are many restaurants or kf - Excellent apartment in a perfect location just a half block from La Rambla. Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Had a lift and seemed to be a safe neighborhood. Located on a quiet side street, but close to stores, restaurants, and the great La Boqueria market. The Metro is very close and really the apartments are in a great central location to get around Barcelona. The staff was responsive and very helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apt in #20.
