  Awesome place. 50 meters from noviciado station. Walking distance from San Bernado as well as Grand Via. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Very informative on tourist spots and directions around the city. The best place to stay for a fairly cheap price.   Location was great - just around the corner from Opera Metro station. Very, very clean and beds comfortable. We had a room at the back to no traffic noise at all. Staff friendly but only Spanish spoken. Felt very safe and secure so great for single travellers. Had breakfast at the vienna which was great (they have great sandwich selectio... what people say » n too) and on our travels had a great lunch at La Taperia which is opposite the Botanic Gardens. - Friendly reception just no english so a translation app will come in handy. Right in the middle off the city centre. A lot of sightseeing can be done on foot.

  This hostel is a family owned small hotel. But they hire 2 employees who cam speak good english, and very kind and helpful to guest. The location of the hotel is great. In walking distance to most sightseing place. And very near by to metro. And nearby the hotel, there is a good restaurant, serving from breakfirst to dinner. But is close to Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am
