  Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The decoration of the hotel is very elegant ... what people say » and tasty. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. It is strongly recommended. - All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

  Friendly helpful staff at entrance, location is the biggest plus and minus. Metro station is within walking distance. Centre of Madrid is within walking distance. However, the sofa-bed turned out to be quite spacious to accommodate two olde - Excellent location just 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Very clean. Also, Gracia who is in charge of the apartment was very helpful and friendly with us. She also speaks good English which is a big plus in Seville (if you don't speak Spanish)! Highly recommended!

We stayed in apt. 6 and thought it was quiet and liked that the bedrooms are in the back away from the pedestrian street. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was hot during our stay. One full bath with plenty of hot water and small half bath was nice because we had 4 adults. Daniel was pleasant and so helpful with recommendations and advice with what to see an

  It was beautiful. And the rooms were absolutely spotless. Modern bathroom. My 6 year old daughter said it looked like paradise when we walked in! - Great location near the old city in Seville. The hotel has a ambience and the staff we really helpful. Great value-for-money.

The apartment has 2 rooms with a shared kitchen/bathroom, as no one else booked for the night we had the apartment to ourselves. Would highly recommend this place
