Very flexible officers. We could leave the luggage in our appartment on the day of departure because it was not rented that day. Martha made us feel very welcome and recommended some nice places for dinner! Big appartment, very comfortable, nice beds, quiet at night, wonderfull rooftop-terrace and very close to Alameda Hercules, the best place for lunch and dinner. The apt was spacious, modern reformed recently, very clean, comfortable , wifi, quiet, had most of equipment you would need for a short or long stay, except if it could have an electric kettle for a quick cup of tea as ceramic hob takes a while and boiling waler in pan could be dangerous when pouring into such small teacups. Otherwise very good.
all reviews » Great location in old part of city near many bars but in quiet street. Lovely old building tastefully renovated. Our one bedroom flat was on first floor with balcony onto street. The furnishings were comfortable, fun and contemporary. Bedding was excellent quality and everywhere very clean. Sofa bed was comfortable for one. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights during our trip in Andalusia. Its a beautiful apartment, very modern, and made our stay there very comfortable. I would stay there again. Beautiful things to see around the hotel as well. The apt. Even has a washing machine, very useful. It was a bonus that there was a washing machine too. We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go. Location was excellent, a short walk to the interesting parts of the city, useful with a young family not to have to catch buses or taxis. The price is fantastic for us and the apartment has two floor with a open balcony on the top where you can sit with your friends. The location was great staff very helpful the accommadation was great did not want to leave would use again and would recomend. At arrival at the airport we had to make a phonecall to arrange there was somebody to meet us at the appartment with the keys. It is not in the tourist centre, but to us this was an advantage! +\- 10 min. Walk to cathedral. First time in Seville and although we had studied a map before we went, we found the small streets very confusing and spent too much time finding our way around. A few directions eg quickest way to get to Alameda would be helpful, wrote on every map. It was less than 5 minutes away but we didn't catch on until next day. Once there it was easier to find our way around. The kitchen was well fitted although the cooking utensils were non existent. Sure staff would have sorted this as they were on duty each day from their office across the street. We were lucky with parking but expect to park some distance from the apartment if coming by car. This is the old city made before cars which is part of the apartment's charm. It is in the centre of the town but need to walk for around 15 minutes to the real centre. But this is not so bad if you don't mind walking. Only very small comment: kitchen doesn't look as nice as rest of apartment (but was well equipped and clean nonetheless). There were no chopping knives or washing liquid for the washing machine or dishwasher or a kettle, and things like olive oil etc. This was a bit annoying for a 2 day stay as it wasn't worth buying supplies so it would have been good to have these sorts of things available in the apartment. But really these are minor things that didn't affect the stay. Welcoming was just average, I mentioned our arrival time but our plane was late, nobody tried to contact us; had to wait over 30 mn to get someone after ringing the emergency number. On departure, we left or keys in the apartment as instructed but found the main door to the complex locked so we could not exit. With no other fire escape we were locked in. Felt trapped and had to ring the office and wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive. This can be easily fixed but unsure if it will be. Would recommend the apartments if and when this door lock is fixed. Nothing. We liked everything. The cleaner can't speak English. The room is not cleaned everyday. You have to ask the staff to do that and you pay extra money. It was noisy around the apartment, which could be heard inside. One of the beds was pretty small for 2 people. Hard to connect with staff for check in because we didn't have a phone. No parking available. Unclear procedure re. keys. First contact promised per email to be waiting in front of appartment, but didn't. Second contact showed up 5 minutes after calling him. It's not easy to find the apartment. And there is no reception so we can not deposit luggage when we arrived in the morning until staff start work at 10am. Might not be a good location for individuals who do not want to walk long distances(or Sevilla in general for that matter) Street can be loud at times (typical city problem). Noise from the street and from the apartments makes it difficult to sleep. Hard to get to the address by car even with a GPS. with an apartment more trouble checking in. particularly when you are travelling on public transport and do not know what time you will arrive. The apartment had a strong smell of mildew. There was no curtain in one of the bedroom windows so a lot of light got in at night. It was a nice, modern apartment but little things seemed to be in overlooked. For instance, we stayed there for 3 days and were only given one small bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper. There was a washing machine but no detergent in the apartment and there was no kettle or coffee maker.
