  It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station. It is an amazing hotel that we would love to visit again if we are going to Madrid again. - Fantastic value for money. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.   Location was convenient for our purposes. Parking in the underground area turned out actually to be convenient for car access since it was a simple elevator ride from our floor to the car. The reception staff were friendly and knew enough English to help us. Comfortable.
