Friendly staff and centrally located,rooms were cleaned everyday. There was also a mini fridge in the room which i thought was really awesome,as many premises of that level don't seem to include such services. Definitely recommend it and surely going back in future,lovey lady at reception in the mornings. -

It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was recently re-innovated.
The design is very nice & simple.
1. The Location is great. It is 2 min away from Puerta del Sol and a "Sol" train station. The Tourist Bus Stop is just around the corner. Also, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/bars around.
2. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. Happy

Overall - very happy with this hotel.
1)The location is perfect and easy to move around, esp it is near the Sol Metro station and the shopping streets. Easy to find our way ... to and fro from the Airport. All the key tourist destinations are really walking distance and there is also a Tourist Information counter at the Sole Metro station.
2) The room is not big but the bed and pillow are very comfortable and the duvet is a + point (after Ive stayed in a few other Euro hotels). THC at least
