The room and the bathroom were very clean. All days the towels were changed. It's perfect for people who wants to visit the city and needs only of a place for sleep. The lady of the reception gave to me the keys of the room and of the main entrance so I could enter in the hostel when I want without ring the bell of the hostel. -

The room was services everyday, and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out on our last day. Would certainly stay there again as was good value for money.

Staff were really good and helpful. Not somewhere to bring your partner but if you are with a group of friends its cheap and does the job well. -

Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. This is my second time at the hotel and have absolutely no comments. Staff was friendly and smiling as usual. Location is excellent and very communicative with the exception of the "red light" district. Free wireless internet available. - Room was very clean and quiet, reception staff very helpful, free internet in computers next to reception.

The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid! A+ -
