  The room and the bathroom were very clean. All days the towels were changed. It's perfect for people who wants to visit the city and needs only of a place for sleep. Although she dies not speak English, we managed to communicate ok. The room was services everyday, and we were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out on our last day. Would certainly stay there again as was good value for money.

  The hotel was excellent, clean and a very good price. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. Hotel is in the centre of Madrid so when you go behind the corner, you are immediately in the shopping streets. We highly recommend this hotel and will visit again when we'd go back to Madrid!   Manuel is very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment has a small kitchen (good enough to make coffee/tea or cook some easy breakfast) and also provide a washing machine.
