  It was a good, clean appartment with good facilities. The air conditioning was very good and it was very close to local amenities and the metro.   All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were beautifully clean and comfortable. Was very good value for the price we paid. I would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

Plentiful hot water and good shower pressure! Wifi everywhere with fast access. Very good value for money for a 3 day stay.
