The room was exactly as described and it was immaculate. Free bottled water was provided every day in the minifridge. There is a room safe. The desk is staffed 24 hours a day with and efficient, English speaking staff. Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent;
