Staff were great we arrived at 11am and we were not supposed to check in until 15.00 but we could check in straight away the whole hotel was very clean and value for money. The room and toilet was very neat and clean, and the hotel itself is greatwith great ambience. Hotel staff speaks good english and is veryfriendly -which was very helpful, as Spanish people are also veryhelpful, but language becomes a big barrier if you don't understandspanish. It would have been tough for us to locate the hotel had we notcalled up the hotel and asked for directions.all reviews »
The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. i liked the fact that it had new furniture,the bathromm looked very good(modern) and they also had wireless internet.reasonable price and clever. Business class of room but economic class of price when booked at special price just two days in advance only 59€ for a family room. Good with free parking in garage.The room was very clean and simple, very comfortable and not excessive. The space available in the room. we stayed one night, so it was too little time. Convenience. Low cost.Helpful staff.close to the airport. Location and price. The night staff were particularly helpful and provided great information. The morning staff had very little English language skill and were not very helpful. The hotel is very basic, but we had no problems. The free parking and close proximity to the metro station was a plus. It was not very difficult to find. No noise. It was close to Gran Fira 2 (walking distance). It would have been good if closest fgc stop (Europa Fira) was clearlymentioned on the site. We were not able to find out the location of thehotel easily as "La Hospitalet" is a very big area having many train/metro stops. Also, towels were changed in the toilet which wasn'treally required.They ran out of breakfast one morning. . the hotel was far from the metro station and far from the city centre(but it's ok if you've got your own car). it is quite far away form hotel to train station, may be you can offer a car to go directly to the city town or train station , may be 1hr per 2 cars, better have internet if possible. Discussions about how many children could sleep in the room. We have two children 16 and 12 and written info said that "two grown ups could sleep in the room in extra beds at no extra cost" Nevertheless they argued about this and said that only one of our children could sleep in our room.The location was close to the airport but not close enough. Too far away from public transport. Only basic facilities eg no kettle in room. hard to find. Breakfast service was poor. the position of the hotel.it was far from the center and there was no metro station near.It would help visitors, if hotel could make instructions how to get to te closest metro station and which kind of metro tickets would be the best to buy. Instructions in Barcelona metro stations are a bit poor. Room had a heavy smoker smell, bed was uncomfortable, price excluded the breakfast. lots of masquito bites and lots of dusty floors. hotel is located in industrial and dirty district, next to gas station, nearest restaurant and shop in 2.5 km, hotel bar is closed in the evening, reception is not friendly, air conditioning was not working.
