Mariana was our booking contact and she was super helpful with all of our questions. The apartment is perfectly located for everything you wish to do in Barcelona so close to the Placa d'Espanya Station. Its spacious and looks brand new, comfie beds, fully self catering, excellent air conditioning in apt 1812, appears secure and quiet inside, even if on a busy street but its the longest shopping street in Europe. Great hotel and location in the heart of Barcelona old town (Barri Gotic), very clean and comfortable (rooms cleaned every day, spotless!), in fact cleaner than a lot of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. I cannot fault this hotel and will book again. Highly recommended!!!

I am quite familiar with BCN and have been there a number of times. Renting hostels,hotels and apartments.

You are in center of the city. But in quite one.
HOUSE
Very typical historical building.
FACILITIES.
Entry, a numbers of clean WC, very good equipped kitchen and really huge terrace.
Kitchen has owen and all staff you may need.
Wi-Fi is good and 2 additional (free to use) PC with internet is very essential for more comfort work.
