The apartment is perfectly located for everything you wish to do in Barcelona , Its really close to the Plaza Espanya Metro Station which gives access to everything in Barca , Excellent apartment with great services .Tourist bus goes right by the apt . Las Arenas Shoppping Centre is nearby and there is direct Metro access to the Nou Camp Stadium , which is a must do when in Barcelona... Not enough time to do everything on offer in this great city ,,, planning return visit in Feb 2014 .

The apartment is perfectly located for everything you wish to do in Barcelona so close to the Placa d'Espanya Station. Its spacious and looks brand new, comfie beds, fully self catering, excellent air conditioning in apt 1812, appears secure and quiet inside, even if on a busy street but its the longest shopping street in Europe. Close to the Tourist Bus and 1 min walk to the metro, 4 stops from Las Ramblas C. The location was excellent, the apartment was stylish, clean and good value for money for a group that are sharing. Overall was very satisfied with almost everything. The location is great - modern furniture. Supermarket is very close. Walking distance to Metro "Placa Espana". Easy checkIn. Free WirelessLAN. Perfect. Upmarket sleek interior, location, good array of kitchen equipment, lovely plasma screen tv, small but clean and nice shower. The location is excellent; shops, restaurants,metro, everything is very close. Modern furniture, and comfortable beds. Well-designed apartment in very convenient city-centre location. The department was good isolated, low noise from trafic. Simplicity,of the transactions and of the staff. Location and lightness of the apartment. It was convenient for our Business Meetings. Had plenty of of shops and places to eat at the top of the Arena shopping center. Ideal location, close to Airport bus stop, metro, train to Fira Gran Via conference center. The apartament was nice and clean. The location is good. everithing great !. Apartment was not ready upon arrival, so airport transfer went direct to head office at Las Ramblas for luggage storage.Due to communication error we misunderstood that we were not at our apt block and later had to travel to Plaza Espana but by that stage we were familiar with the Metro and travelled to Apt on red line ,,, Receptionist was very friendly . Only thing that's not easy is the luggage storage is at their Head office just off Las Ramblas so you need to transport it there at your cost which was 13 Euros by taxi but other than that .. our stay was perfect. I didn't like having to write my credit card details on a form for the deposit that was then left in a postbox downstairs for someone to collect. It would be nicer to meet the company face to face on arrival as the set up of accessing the apartment is very impersonal and not traveller friendly. not a big deal, but the WirelesLAN Coverage in the bedroom was bad. Lack of cleaning products for the apartment, the fact that it states that it sleeps 5 adults, when in reality, there is a small double bed, a very small single bed & trundle (which when pulled out means you cannot step into or around the room), and a sofa which can turn into a bed (but no bedding). It would sleep 2 adults and 2 younger children comfortably but no way would it suit 4 adults & a baby. I didnt like the shower! it was a mess every time we used it. No hairdryer (although it was listed on specification - see below). All-night street noise. To go all the way to the main office to sign for the depositum. The toilet and shower drain gave off a very vile smell which made it quite uncomfortable to stay in the apartment for long, but the staff said they would send someone to fix the problem as soon as we sent them an e-mail about the smell. After sending email to the Apartment Company, I heard nothing back. There was no instructions on how to work the cooker hob (we wanted an Apartment so we could cook our own food ! Good job the Arena shopping center offered a good selection of restaurants) could not operate so could not cook ! The shower was a nightmare could not use it as a shower as when you left the shower head in the wall holder it created a flood in the Apartment !!!!. The elevator is really small. Our (unfolded) stroller did not fit in the elevator, which was inconvenient. The shower drain was clogged. On the day you have to check-out (11 am), you cannot leave your luggage at the apartment. Although we liked the freedom of an apartment, next time I would prefer to stay somewhere with a reception. The bilding is to old. To much noise coming from outside. internet is very bad. More for one hour nobody wants to pick up the phone and give to us the key code for apartments. Wifi didnt work for two days, toilet got blocked and it took two days to fix it. Given the run-around by staff who kept saying they would take care of it.
