The only problem is the fact the there is no elevator access to the 4th floor (even though the rooms in such floor are the newest and, consequently, the best ones). Anyway, ou just have to climb the stairs from 3rd to 4th floor: no big deal. The breakfast was definitely acceptable (filling anyway) and included in the rate: 180€ per a double-bed room per two nights, in the heart of Madrid! Cool!!

  It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why? 1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms. 2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better... what people say » than in tourist office. 3. Location. Close to everything most important. I never took a metro. From r/w st. Attocha - on foot, to bus station to air - Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent. Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power. The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor

Breakfast is just regular is taken is taken in restaurant located 1 min from the Hotel. There's a small market right in front of the hotel what is very convenient. I definitely recommend ... what people say » Alhambra suites. - Very central, little hard to find but right off Plaza Mayor. Small room but everything I needed. Gentleman at the front desk very obliging. Very close to hop on hop off, supermercado, correos. Stop over on my way to Leon to start the camino. Unfortunately breakfast is not served until 0800 hrs but i had to leave earlier. Would stay again.
