  Located in a part of El Born with many tourist. However it was not that noisy in the night living on the second floor. Small cosy hotel in boutigue style with a restaurant - that we didn't attend - and a smaller breakfast room. No further facilities. Small but nice and clean room. Rate (105 Euro) was good for the location - close to everything. Love the free bottles of cold water on each floor. Didn't try the restaurant -- it looked very nice, but also a little spendy. However, there are tons of tapas places (and real restaurants also) within walking distance.

  The Catalonia Avinyo's staff called us a day ahead, informing that Catalonia Avinyo was fully booked so we were changed to another hotel in the same network called "Catalonia Port" and I really recommend this hotel!! Very new, very clean, very comfortable!! and it's near the port and Columbus Monument. The modern decor make it very comfortable and chic. Also, it has an excellent location. Very near everything. If you are a first time tourist or a frequent visitor you will be satisfied with this hotel. An added bonus is the restaurante across from the hotel El Gran, it is wonderful!

  We really appreciated the location; so close to everything! The breakfast was wonderful, a great way to start the morning and a bargain at 10 Euros per day (paid up front when we arrive) The best of all however, was the tea bar available all day long to sit, have tea, rest the weary legs and touch base with family and friends on the complimentary... what people say » internet! - Reception staff were incredibly helpful, happy, polite, free internet and after 1pm free snacks. Great bathroom, hairdryer and toiletries. The location was fantastic, safe pedestrian area..very handy to metro and many sights were within walking distance. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Very accessible by Aerobus (Blue A1) from the airport.

  The hote is just wonderfull- the stuff is very kind and helpfull, room was very comfortable, although the bed was very big. - I normally don't stay at 3 stars hotel. However I had to because only 3 stars offered wifi in the rooms. That was a nice upgrade.

  Wonderfull location, just off the Ramblas on a quiet street. The rooms are good sized and comfortably equipped. Did't have their breakfast. Had avery good stay. would definately recommend the hotel to friends and stay there again if will visit Barcelona in the future. - location and toiletries
