Location was near a train station. Staff helped to arrange taxi from Barcelona airport to the apartment and also arrange for early check in. Apartment was in a nice location (near good pizza place, grocery stall and tapas). Apartment is old but bed are comfortable, sheets clean, toilet clean and staff friendly. Pillow Ramblas is very conveniently located right on La Ramblas. Minutes walk to everything you need.
The staff were absolutely delightful - particularly Eva and Gina - always smiling, always helpful.
Rooms were newly renovated, very clean, bright, spacious.
Breakfast was also very nice with a beautiful spread of pastries, sweets, hams, cheeses and a nespresso machine.
Highly recommended, would stay there again without question.

This appartment had a great location. Really close to everything and a few steps from las ramblas. It was so clean and modern. Absolutely spotless and clean. Had 2 toilets which was great when 4 people are staying. The lady who met us for check in was really friendly and went out of her way to help us.
