We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments with my elderly parents and two children. The location was superb, a few blocks from the Passeig de Gracia, many local restaurants nearby as well as stores and a very cool local market/grocery store. When we arrived we were given an in/out pass for a nearby underground parking lot (45E for 4 days approx.) The unit was clean and freshly updated with the option of maid service for just €16 per day. The apartment provides over twice the space of a standard hotel and is equipped with comfortable beds. Located by the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona, there is great access to high end shops and the metro station is right around the corner. All in all a great stay.

Terrific location for first visit to Barcelona - walked everywhere. Excellent building with elevator. Kitchen open all day for easy access to refrig, coffee, etc. -
I loved the fact that the breakfast was laid out in a kitchen that was open to all guests all day. It made it feel as though you were staying in a home.
