The location was superb for our holiday purposes. Placa Reial was a great buzzy place to be, but yet the double glazing ensured a good night's sleep in our rooms which overlooked it.
The staff were excellent: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.
We loved the included minibar and breakfast, and the fruits etc provided fresh every day.

The location was brilliant - the best of both worlds, close to a great beach and just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful, room wonderful with incredibly comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Buffet lunch and bar snacks at hotel quite expensive but check out Cafe Genis just a few metres away - very good quality

Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

The vibe of the foyer area was like a cool nightclub in the evenings with dark mood lighting - very trendy.
To say there was clubbing music streamed in the foyer which you could hear on all levels of walk-way, the bedrooms were sound-proofed really well.
The upstairs bar has amazing views.

Magnificent rooms with probably the best sea views you can get in Barcelona. Extremely spacious and well furnished with very comfortable beds and top of the line furnishings, which make for a luxurious experience.Very responsive and pro-active staff that seeks to make your stay comfortable. I would come back here for a vacation any day.
