  - Very friendly well trained staff always willing to help - All the receptionists speaking multiple languages unlike the majority of people in Barcelona - The rooms were very clean. Everyday room cleaning - Hotel has the European sign for eco-friendly services. This was definitely a "plus" for me. - Very quite. Hotel rooms with double layer window... what people say » frames. - 5 mins walk from Splau Shopping Center. - Some nice breakfast points and restaurants in the area. All you can eat breakfast at the hotel at - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you have a car. There's a shopping mall which was great for us and you could walk to it. Everything: camp nou, placa espanya, Tibidabo, etc. was never no more than 10-15minutes away. It was a holiday and every else the price was jacked up but the IBIS wasn't so it was great value for the money. Had 2 rooms and they put us right across from each other which was great.

  We liked the fact is was close to the airport, and 5 stops on the metro and you were in the middle of Barcelona.   The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'.   Lovely hotel, good location, 20 mins from the centre, so close by butquiet. Facilities (pools/gardens/spa/rooms) were excellent, stafffriendly and helpful. Making it a really pleasant stay. It was mybirthday, and the Management organised a free bottle of cava and somestrawberries - nice touch.
