The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'. We went to Barcelona to celebrate my birthday, and when I got back to my hotel room the staff had left me a bottle of Cava on ice and some strawberries and dipping chocolate! How lovely is that?.
