  The apartments are situated in an excellent position between two main metro stations. We found the location brilliant, only ten minutes walk to the Gran Via. Although there was noise from the front bedrooms it was nothing unusual than you would expect from a capital city. The reception staff were very friendly and polite.   The best possible location at a great price. 2 short blocks away from Plaza del Sol square and metro station. The street is very busy day and night and, although the room had two double-glazed windows, some noise could still be heard. Very clean, small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Every so often a rumble from the subway can be heard, but... what people say » once you know what it is you stop paying attention to it. Take some earplugs with you and forget about the noise. Excellent budget hostel. - Excellent location - just two steps from Arenal street and two minutes from Sol. Nevertheless very quiet. The room is small, but very clear. English-speaking and helpful staff. Great value for money, good choice for the city visit.

  We were welcomed by Claudia, who was lovely and extremely helpful. Her English is excellent! The apartment was spacious, sunny, and offered full amenities for all of our needs during our stay in Madrid. The location is very central to many points of interest around the city, and there were some great restaurants in the neighborhood. Her suggestions for good restaurants were perfect, and offered some of the best f - We arrived very late, about 11.45pm, and Juan was there to welcome us. He took time to explain the surroundings and to tell us what and where to visit. Our apartment was fabulous, large airy, bright, very well equipped and it was squeeky clean!! The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting

I have paid five times the amount I did and received less comfort, hospitality and customer service. Many thanks for a great weekend. - The location is great. Nearby the metro station and it's possible to walk to all the things you want to see. Nearby a square with lots of restaurants. Because the plane would leave in the evening and there were no gasts after us, we could stay in the appartment untill we had to leave for the airport with no extra charge. The check-in manager was very kind and helpfull. The appartment and the beds were good.

  We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment. It was quiet and dark.... what people say » The living room had a balcony that overlooked a local neighborhood plaza. It was close and convenient to hang out there for a coffee or drink. The - Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.
