Location, it is close to major attractions in Barcelona. We used to go on foot to Plaza Catalunya and Rambla (some 30mins) seeing Gaudi buildings along the walk. Very good access to everything we wanted. Location excellent for Barcelona city centre, also Camp Nou not far away, and on outer edge of city centre, in a bustling area in its own right, accessible to Tibidabo.
Free to come and go as we pleased.

one of the best and creative ways to stay. I wish there were more services similar to this where you get a hotel quality room and share a bathroom to bring down costs. It was a great apartment, about 2 mins from the metro station, not even a 10minute walk to Park Guell and if you want to walk to the city, it took us about 20mins...so very close.
The man who checked us in was very nice and also gave us loads of information about what to do and see in Barcelona and also the surroundings.

We're very satisfied with the kindness of the staff (Enrique). The accomodation is close to the metro, at a few stops away from the city centre, but in a very quiet road that let us sleep with open windows. If you want you can have a drink nearby too. The shower was great.

We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights! After flight delays from Venice we arrived 6 hours late, but manager stayed around to let us in. We chose a smaller room with a shared bathroom/toilet, but we still had a private hand basin in our room. Not many rooms occupied which meant we pretty much had the place to ourselves (mid-December).

from Paris). The rooms were absolutely amazing for what we paid. Quiet,
very clean, huge space, nice terrace were we could drink some wine at
night. Just perfect!
LOCATION: Couldn't be better. It's in the quiet part of Paseo de Gracia. We loved it cause it's very calm at night. You're just 10 min walking from Plaza Cataluña and 5 min from all the main shopping and Metro Paseo de Gracia.
