Loved everything! The staff was excellent! Helpful, fully bi-and tri-lingual if not more and the directions they provided to the parking garage were exact and easy. That is huge when trying to find your way around Granada. I can't say enough about how nice the hotel and staff was. Clean and nice rooms in an excellent location! I will recommen
... what people say » d this hotel over and over! - There was a lot to like: the patio off our room with tables, the internet (free), the available drinks at all times, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help us arrange Alhambra tickets and a tour with Zambra dancing in the caves, the safe in the room, and above all the air conditioning and cleanliness of the entire place.

We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.

Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada.

The apartment has a beautiful interior, with outstanding tile flooring and high quality furniture throughout. The one bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people for one week. the clothes washing machine was very convenient, and a folding rack is provided for air drying clothes. the building seems secure and the on site management is very professional. the building is a short walk to the Alhambra and the Cathedral.

There was a man on reception during the day who was always very helpful and pleasant and a lady on the night desk the same and the restaurant staff were very nice as well. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Excellent location, very nice "Granadine" decoration, and jacuzzi!!! (We got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, just because!!!)
