Our stay was a delightful experience. Eduardo couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, spending in excess of 20 minutes with us explaining all aspects of the apartment and Granada. The apartment itself was lovely, having been recently completely refurbished, it was large and spotlessly clean. The huge terrace equipped with outdoor furniture was a joy. The one bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people for one week. the clothes washing machine was very convenient, and a folding rack is provided for air drying clothes. the building seems secure and the on site management is very professional. the building is a short walk to the Alhambra and the Cathedral. We absolutely loved this place, we chose one of the roof-top apartments which came with the patio. The apartment was very clean and large, and the patio gave nice views of the roof-tops of the city including the Sierra Nevada mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and was prepared to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were just sorry that we were not planning to stay longer. Location was excellent, close to Alhambra and other sights, and goodroximity to shopping. If we wanted to be really picky, we like cooking and a four burner stove would have made the kitchen perfect. There is no view. The one-way street is no narrow that a one point there is no sidewalk, which makes it important to make sure there is no on-coming traffic to pass through the small narrow area. On Sunday, the church next door rings it's bells several times during the day. Nothing in particular. There was nothing to dislike. Towels were old, perhaps they should be replaced soon, but over all, not a big deal at all. Loved it all!. There was nothing that we did not like. It is perfect. The bells in the steeple of the church next door are not melodic like some bells are, but they are loud. They strike the hour of 6 pm with six gongs and 7 pm with seven gongs, then at 7:15 and 7:30 and 7:45 they peal 70 times at each of the quarter hours! Thank goodness, they ended with a sedate 8 gongs at 8 pm and that was it for the night. I can't think of anything we didn't like. My only negative comment would be the parking. It was very expensive and it was hard to drop off our baggage. But once this was done, it was all perfect. no free parking...but they will give you a discount on public parking. the wifi was in all rooms and not strong and often cut out in the rooms that did have it. Noisy door on bathroom. The washing machine broke leaving some indeliable stains on clothing. Difficult for taxi driver to find by street number. Nothing. Street noisy until late night. The parking situation. We came with a big truck and first of all it was impossible for us to unload infront of the apartments and the parking garage was pretty expensive! We almost paid 50€ from Friday evening til Sunday morning!. Towel hire was could have been better organized maybe up by the pool. A little difficult to locate at first - maybe advertise that you are in the church yard of St Matais - so taxis can easily locate; or put up a bigger sign!. no view, squeezed between narrow dark streets, not much sunlight therefore. it smelled funny. None. Very noisy street and with bar located directly downstairs, people and traffic noise continued most of the night.
