On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again

The hostel is brand new and very cozy and clean and modern design. I booked online for 1 night but extended my stay for 3 more. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They give you great information about what to. The recommendations on food and music was awesome. I love my stay and will definitely stay at there again. -

Staff friendliness--room clean, towels changed daily. Good location for S. Familia and tourist bus. Need to be able to walk to las Ramblas---but could go on metro. Albert was very helpful and informative, we had a slight problem on our first night with the occupants in the two apartments above coming in drunk at different times and ringing our door bell. We were not very happy, but Albert spoke to them and we didn't here them for the rest of our stay. The apartment was very well situated for what we wanted, Las Ramblas and Camp Nou. It was nice to come back to a comfortable apartment at the end of a long day out walking.
