The hotel is very close to the center and also to El retiro. Althought there is a bar just outside the hotel, where you can eat some cheap tapas, the 8rooms is very quite and comfortable. the staff is excelent, the lady that cleans is a hard working person and the receptionist is always smiling and willing to help. I would return there 100% sure -

The location of Hotel is very close to tube station. it was only five minutes walk from hotel to the train station as well. nice staffs, and very clean room, and modern room. the bathroom is clean. and very reasonable price for the room.

The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.

tv with cable. You can book a two person room for very cheap. Between
me and my friend we only paid €25 a night. That means we each paid
€12.50 per night. It was very worh it! We had our own bathrooms and
the beds where very comfortable. I recommend this hostal for anyone

Airconditioned room was a dream. Staff were very friendly and room had excellent decor. Although I had a shared bathroom my room also had a sink and large mirror in it which was very useful. Location is great - right opposite Sofia museum and less then 5 min walk to hop-on-hop-off madrid city bus tours. Also next to 'low cost bar' with 1 euro drinks and tapas - great if you're on a budget.

The hotel is not very fancy, but has all the essentials (including wifi), and it is very clean. The location is very good as well, being close to the main museums and many popular bars and restaurants. Also, the Atocha railway station is close by, which includes an express bus to the airport which runs day and night at high frequency. In summary I would say the hotel is very good value for money indeed.

It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..
