  Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this.   It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. One of the reception staff even phoned her mother who was taking part in a procession for holy week to see where it was so we could go and watch. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.

  The position was fabulous for sightseeing and shopping. The apartment was generally clean and facilities were good. Staff were very willing to give us a late check out :) - Great location, just 5 mins from Gran Via and just off the shopping areas. Most Madrid attractions are 10-15 mins walking distance. Small but comfortable
