The bed and bathroom. And the hotel always smelt lovely and clean. Disabled facilities were great. Very, naturally friendly people at reception. Seldom nowadays.Great, comfortable bed, clean room and very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Rooms on the small side but nicely appointed. In the morning the noise level coming from other guests and/or cleaners opening and closing other room doors and talking in the corridor was quite high. Luckily my room had a second door that helped to reduce this noise somewhat. Slightly better noise insulation from the hallway would be a significant improvement.
