I needed a last minute hostel and chose this one, in an 8 bed female
room but I was lucky because there were only 2 of us in the room. Maybe
with a packed room, it wouldn´t have been as good because beyond the
dorm room, 4 other people must pass through because there are 2 other
private rooms, and all of us would in theory have to share 2 toilets

The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. They gave a lot of resources( maps, directions, etc) for getting around town and making the most of your stay. Spoke good English and let us check in two hours early. Very modern and posh decor. Would definetly go back
... what people say » to this hotel if ever in Barcelona again. - The location was good. It was close to the main street and metro station. It was also on the side street, and our room was not facing the street, so it was quiet. We had a 8months old baby, so we were worried about the street noise.
The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room.
There is free 24h coffee and water, which was excellent.

I liked this residence very much. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, pleasant atmosphere. The residence is located in a beautiful historic house. The walk to the Sagrada Familia takes about 12 minutes.
I especially liked the owner of the hotel, her name is Imma. She is great, she is very interesting person and helpful.

Firstly the hospitality was there on my arrival.
The owner went out of her way to assist me with bus locations
Tour information, shops, etc.
Location was great, room comfortable,larg, plenty cupboard space, and the 4 apartments had 4 bathrooms located just a few feet from the rooms, large user friendly kitchen, and lounge room with open balcony.
Security was good, a lift took you to the floors. clean, fresh,and historically lovely apartment, I would return to stay again should I visit Barcelona

Standing room only on balcony overlooking the street - very sweet - felt like a local. Close the shutters and sliding door at night time to cut out any street noise. It was only three minutes from the metro station and only 15 minutes from the old town for these persons who love walking and 10 minutes from Sagrada Famiglia. It was very clean, they clean the room every day and they change towels every time that you ask for it. Perfect wi-fi in the room and the staff is the most polite and helpful we 've ever met. They gave us a map of the town with the most popular monuments and they adviced us for everything that we asked. There is a lift. Very safe streets
