I would like to stress out how Tina and Jose have been nice, helpful and
welcoming. If you want luxury and 5 stars hotel feeling: well: book one
and pay the price for it but do not moan about this little B&B that
is clean enough, convenient enough, run by nice people and cheap!!!

Hosts were lovely! Tina was very helpful. Provided us straight away with bus information a map and suggestions for places to visit. Room was big with a table and fridge. Breakfast was self serve with plenty to choose from. Excellent location for Gaudi tours and Guell Park. Everything we did was in walking distance. Easy to get train to airport from this spot too. Tina also provided a cheap laundry service which made things so easy! Beds were firm which was fine for us but may bother others.

The stuff was really friendly. Although there was no car parking belonging to the apartment, there were plenty of spaces on the street. The green zone is free of charge after 20:00 but it's more difficult to find something.

For value for money this place was fantastic. We were 12 friends on a birthday weekend and for 4 nights it cost us £100 each.
Apartments had all the facilities with an amazing view for the Sagrada Familia.
All of our party were very happy with the apartments.
Metro is 2 blocks away from the apartments and you are no more than 20 minutes away from all the major landmarks in the city.
Highly recommended!

Great location Hotel is Brand new great staff - Proximity with the city center, the hotel is completely new and verydesign. I get two nights for two persons for 118€ which is definetely aperfect quality/price correlation.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily. Perfect location, Train from Airport T2 terminal takes you direct to Sants Rail Station and its less than 10 min walk from there to Casa Valencia. Rooms are freshly renovated and decorated and stay included comp continental breakfast. The guy who runs the place was super nice and friendly. Definitely will stay again when visiting Barcelona. -
