  The hote is just wonderfull- the stuff is very kind and helpfull, room was very comfortable, although the bed was very big. - I normally don't stay at 3 stars hotel. However I had to because only 3 stars offered wifi in the rooms. That was a nice upgrade.

  I stayed only one night but I really like it and like I was staying for a long time...It is a home actually but really nice and really warm..I talked with Agustina who working there at nights and she was really nice and trying to help you(Thank you for everything Agustina)..there is shared kitchen so, you can cook your own food(its best way to sav... what people say » e money for backpackers) cleaning was good as well :) I will come back there If I come to Barcelona again..Hope to see you soon :) - Staff was really helpful and friendly. There's two different guest houses in nearby buildings, one is rather communal backpacker style and the other is quieter. I was in the former (without knowing what I was getting into), and they were easy going about moving me into the latter. Good kitchen set up. The backpacker place was actually pretty nice for that sort of thing, just not what I was looking for (I'm a bit older than that now, and like my peace and quiet!).

  The staff was super friendly. They make you feel very welcome and give you many advices for your daily schedule if you ask. They provide you with towels for free and you can also change it if you need a new one. The breakfast is not luxury but at least there is a breakfast and for a few days it is totally fine :). The location is perfect for both,... what people say » sightseeing and going to the beach. If I come back, I would definately come back to Arco because price and quality totally are in balance. Thanks for - Arco youth hostel was a fantastic place to stay. The manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us whenever we needed anything - from maps, restaurant suggestions, anything at all. There were many reviews that said that the hostel was difficult to find, but we had no problem finding it at all. It's right off of la Rambla and right around the corner from Starbucks! Great hostel and I'd recommend it to anyone.

  We were really really lucky. We were given a room on the last floor (8th) which has a private balcony overlooking Barcelona and the Gothic quarter. The room was very fresh and clean and it was very nicely decorated. Mind you I am not very fond of modern design -- I typically like places from the beginning of the 20th centuary.   Excellent position close to the food market and Las Ramblas. The apartment's new decor blends well into an old building.   The room was excellent. Very clean and spacious and bright. Bath with seperate shower was great. Plenty of wardrobe to put luggage and hang and store clothes. Empty fridge - which they place a couple of bottled free water everyday - was great to put some own drinks in. Nice desk to use laptop. Safety box in room, car parking good, bar service... what people say » and food good ... can't think of a fault. - I liked everything about this hotel from the value of money to the services of the staff. I mean, the staff were excellent, offering help at every stage. I told them before hand that I was coming for my honeymoon and they helped made my honeymoon a memorable experience. The hotel is close to everything in the City. The breakfast was exceptionally good.
