  This Pension was centrally located and was a great value for our stay in Seville. Despite the fact that the showers are shared, we did not have any problems showering in the morning. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and street noise was not a problem. The staff was great and provided us a lot of valuable information on the location of the trai... what people say » n station (15 minute walk from the Pension), good local restaurants, and sites to see. - Excellent location, walking distance to everything and right around the corner from some cool looking restaurants and bars. It's about a 20min walk from the train station as well. The room was tiny with just a bed, desk and sink, but I didn't need more. The shared bathrooms are very clean and there is a courtyard where you can hang out. Very nice and helpful staff. All in all for the price I don't think you can find better!

  Friendly staff. Help with luggage up and down the stairs. Very secure location with locked doors and staff always available. It would be impossible for anyone to enter without permission. Just up a block away from another reasonable restaurant that is great for both Spanish & American style br - Brilliant location. Great restaurants on the street itself, short walk away from charming Barrio Santa Cruz and it's winding streets, La Giralda and the Real Alcazar (main attractions). Seville itself is a great city and I would recommend anyone wanting to explore Spain to stop by. Hotel staff were friendly.

  The couple that runs this place is so lovely and helpful. Even though they hardly spoke any English, they really tried to connect with me and my friend in English and even bought us breakfast (churros!) on our last day!! I would totally recommend this place as it is right smack in the city centre and a skip away from the Cathedral, Alcazar, Plaza ... what people say » de Espana and other sights. - The manager was incredibly friendly, and the evening was surprisingly quiet (the Pensión is located in Barrio de Santa Cruz, a VERY lively night location).

  Not my first tript to the Bienvenido and it will not be my last. It is very central, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Until you have found it the hotel can be hard to find. It took me 25 minutes to walk to the hotel from the Santa Just railway station.
