What people say

The location was right in the heart of the city. This was good during quieter week nights but very noisy on Friday night. Room was cheap and cheerful. Three of the four reception staff were friendly, but one youngish woman was quite rude and unhelpful. Upon arrival we pointed out the toilet didn't flush and that the balcony door wouldn't lock (we've experienced burglary before - due to this very problem). She didn't seem to care as the door's lock never got fixed during our three nights here.
