  I booked this property for my parents, and they was so happy with the property, i see it myself and it was very nice, very clean - fresh towels - and the staff were very nice - called to the staff when we arrived to the property and they did not take long at all to get there to let us in - they was very helpful explaining to my parents the area an... what people say » d what they can do and where places are etc. Would definately recommend them - Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Close to many attractions. - Great location within walking distance of all major sites yet the apartment was really quiet and spacious. Our upgrade to the top floor two bedroom apartment was an unexpected pleasure, especially the two huge outdoor terraces where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful autumn weather. We will stay there again if we return to Barcelona and will recommend it to our friends.

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

  Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. Location could not have been better, able to walk to many sight seeing locations and right on the edge of all the posh shops.
