  This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. - The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

  The room was small (perfect for a young couple) but everything seemed new and very clean. We had a small balcony off our room which was lovely and let lots of sunlight in. I was impressed by the quality for how much we paid. Great location for tourist attractions and just for wandering.   I have to give full stars to this boutique! My favor to it started since the e-mail communication. I changed my deluxe double room from no.5 To no.2. Because No.2 Facing the street, and has a very lovely balcony. The location is also good, very near to La Rambla and plaza Catalunya. Jaime, the host, is so nice and helpful. His kindness is fully shown an - This hotel is very well located a short walk to the old city and public transport. The décor and fittings were all first class, very clean and nice. The rooms were very quiet even with a view to the street. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the tv had many English channels. The manager was extremely helpful and keen to please. There is no front desk nor is there a clear big sign identifying the entry, you need to call the manager to gain entry. The car-park is in the next block so if y
