  Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though. - Everything was excellent; ... what people say » the club rooms are definitely worth the money. The staff is really helpful and extremely nice. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and the food in the lounge is of the highest quality and amazing taste!! That was my best valentine’s weekend!

  The Alma Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Barcelona for the fist time. Because the location of the hotel is great, it is near two main streets Rambla and the shopping street Gracia. The breakfast was tasty and it is nice t - I have back and neck problems so a good quality mattress and pillow is always a problem when I travel... But not at this hotel! Those were Perfect! No backpain, no headache! Loved the backyard! very quiet and peaceful. The location was terrific. Three minutes to Casa Mila, city tour bus stop, 20 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia to name but a few.   Modern and stylish backed up with excellent and friendly service - The staff were very helpful. The room was well designed and equippedwith a balcony and a good view. Food and facilities were good. Theservice was very attentive but sometimes the outcomes were a little'quirky'...however we loved it.

  Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic"); We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.... what people say » .)! Everything as per foto. House itself is quiet and renovated. Communication with the staff was OK, checkin &checkout was fast. Overall = recomm - Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived. Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i
