  Very modern and clean rooms, professional staff, very nice spa area, decent food at the cafeteria. Make sure to use the shuttle service to and from the airport, even if you arrive by airport bus from Barcelona (call ahead). Taxis charge at least 10 Euros for the 2 Minute trip and walking is dangerous because of a big construction site on the way.   We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff were all extremelyhelpful and attentive, the room we stayed in was beautiful - so modern andultra clean . The lighting in the bathroom was gorgeous !! We onlystayed for 1 night but we wished we had been able to stay longer as itwas such a lovely hotel . 15 out of 10 !! We had a great time, on staff reccomendations we took public transport services, buses and trains easily, visiting Barcelona and Girona. The Hotel right opposite a great shopping centre with many restaurants within. All together a fantastic 3 days we will definately go back.

  The room and the private car parking - Arrived at hotel late at night and left next morning around 10.30, found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Despite their lack of english and equally our lack of spanish we had a very pleasant experience.

  The hotel staff were outstanding--very warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. They also gave us useful advice on what to see in Girona (which actually has a lot to offer!). The hotel is centrally located and is only a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the major tourist destinations in Girona. The thing I liked best about Hotel Europa was the gentlemen at the desk. They were very helpful with a rental car issue I had. I would have been lost without their help.
