  Very nice place to stay in a beautiful quiet area. Nice owners, very friendly and always willing to help you despite communication was limited as the owners speak limited English but we knew this upfront (other references of visitors)! Food (dinner) is surprising good, very good price-quality!! You can choice from a very extended card. Very nic... what people say » e and relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the pool was a little bit cold at this time of the year so we did spend a lot of time in the nice garden. Gir - It's set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and quiet. The owners/ staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly beyond believe, you are completely taken care of whatever you need and whenever, it's no problem ... with a big smile. Now we've been there twice and we are in love with the place. The kids had lots of space to play and many things to do while we could lounge and kick back. We'll definitely go there again.   Apartments only open 2 weeks, so everything clean and new. Very comfortable and well equipped, right down to dishwashing liquid, and toiletries in the bathroom which we didn't expect. A bowl of fruit was a nice welcoming touch as well.   The location is fantastic and the flat was nice, big and clean. We had to wait a bit as we arrived earlier, but in general we had a lovely stay! - Good location. Clean and very spacious. Near shops and supermarkets.

  Perfect location, in the heart of the old town. Next to plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife. However, we heard no noise at night. It is perfect for a couple and a few days. Recently refurbished and beautifully decorated. Kitchen fully equipped and good views to the river. We will come back to - The view of the cathedral from the front balcony and a view of the river from the back window. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful.   The hotel is situated just across the river from the old town, and close to monuments, cultural facilities and shops. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast superb. The free mini-bar was a godsend as we arrived very late in the evening. We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. We were very impressed with them. The restaurant attached was very nice and really reasonably priced, we ate there both nights of our stay.

  The hotel is a beautiful, comfortable hotel and the staff very friendly. The location is superb, a short walk into the old town and great restaurants. Good shopping all around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice. We had a deluxe apartment which could easily hold a family in great comfort with two bedrooms, kitchen and sizable living room ar... what people say » ea. It's an easy place to use as a base camp for day trips to the coast or other areas in the Costa Brava. We were directed to close by free parking - Actually didn't stay at the hotel due to technical problems but was booked in to a hotel round the corner (and had a junior suite!). Came back to Nord 1901 to use the pool and was offered a free drink. Staff at Nord 1901 are excellent, very friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel is also very close to the town centre (by foot) where there are some very good restaurants (I'd recommend Mimolet which has excellent 30 euro menu)

  Lovely modern apartments in possibly the best location in Girona right on the river with nice views front and back. Didnt really use the kitchen much but washer microwave fridge dishwasher etc all provided also iron and ironing board with wifi and AC. Great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. - Location perfect for exploring the city.... what people say » Fantastic fun city. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The views from the apartment were great.
