  Its all about the view so as you arrive and go thru the picture frame entrance its a wow feeling:) reception staff fabulous , friendly, helpful Great feel as Kavalari is built into the cliff. Amazing sitting on balcony it terrace at any time watching the view or lustening to the stillness or the donkey bells or the church bells. Lots if steps ever... what people say » ywhere but that us Santorini and bit if fitness does us all good:) good continental bfast on the terrace and many cafes and restaurants immediate vici - Hotel had an amazing location right on the caldera, which is a must for Santorini. Just not worth the experience without it. People pay big money to eat at restaurants to get the same view you have from your hotel. Great staff that were nice and spoke English. Excellent continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Right in the mix of things near the golden road. They had air conditioning.

  after a 4 week trip travelling around Europe one of our stops was Santorini for 4 days. we chose Iriana apartments from the few but good trip advisor reviews. we are so glad we did. from the very first moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and part of the family.   We really had a great time. fira (karterados) is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday especially in june. Thea Studios is well located, close to the center, restaurants, bars, etc. You can easily rent a quad and exploring the island with pleasure.   Stayed in the split-level studio- room was very clean all the time, spectacular view from our room balcony, ate breakfast there everyday, supermarket is a minute walk away. We stayed there for a short period of time but Eirini made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice with what to do with our time there so we could make the most of it. We did a tour that Eirini suggested and we loved it and anything we asked she answered with ease. We felt very safe at Nemesis and the hotel is in a good location however the stay wouldn't of been as good if it wasn't

  My husband and I spent 6 nigths at this hotel and we liked everything. Location is very convenient, near to Fira ( 5 minutes walking) but not too close to be noisy, in fact, the surroundings of the hotel were quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious and very clean. In my opinion, it cannot go better. The location is 5 min to the central bus station in Fira where all buses can take in any place on the island and 5 min to the grocery store.   John and his staff could not do enough for their guests. Everything about the Galatia Villas was a 10+, with beautifully appointed guest rooms and receptiont area. Each guest room had it's own perfectly tended garden. Guests have free computer use and there was a warm welcome at breakfast every day.We felt so at home and can't give high enough prai... what people say » se for John, his staff, and the Galatia Villas. - Owner was wonderful. He drove to pick us up when we couldn't find the place. The room was huge for European standards, with full dining table and kitchen. There is a private courtyard in which the owner lights votive candles at night so you can enjoy the evening. Note that it is not a view property and you do have to walk up hill 8-10 minutes to town. Excellent value. I recommend it.

  Anemomilos hotel is a very convenient hotel. The room that I stayed at actually included two bedrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen. The toilet also had a jacuzzi in it. Also, because we got the basement apartment we had a big terrace where our friends could meet. But we skipped that and just met all the time by the pool! Mario in particular works hard to make sure that guests settle in well and that we have info about where and how to go places including good reasonable places for dinner.   We were very happy to have made our choice to stay at Nomikos Villas, the location was perfect, the view was spectacular, the staff were attentive. This is definitely the right choice of hotel in Santorini as its the cliffs and the view of the volcano that makes it the perfect venue.   A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.... what people say » With a car or a ATV, it is easy to reach Oia (north) or Perivolos (south). From the pool area, turn around an be charmed by the beautiful view over F - The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The hotel is quite nice, quiet and very well kept. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was rather large and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is good and has a good number of choices. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from downtown Fira. The road is not heavily travelled by motorists but is a bit dark so preferable to bring a flashligh
