Kamari Hotels

Book this hotel if you are looking for a great location (Kamari is a great locating in Santorini, it has a black beach with a very long boardwalk with lots of restaurants and shops and no cars, pedestrians only) Anassa is only a 3 mins walk to the beach and super markets. This new complex has all the charm and comfort you would need. It has a great pool and long chairs, the rooms are spacious and very clean (we walked in our room as they were cleaning and saw for ourselves that they change the b - Mounir

We have just returned from the Acqua Vatos again. As soon as we arrived and were shown our room and then had a very welcome drink we could relax on the terrace . The hotel as usual were clean and beautiful, the staff as usual were friendly and helpful, George and Alina as usual were very welcoming. I love this place and it really is turning into a home from home. Kamari is great and Santorini is beautiful. The hotel is being re- decorated for 2010 and will have new bathrooms with a walk in s - John

We stayed a week in the afroditi venus hotel and enjoyed it immensly. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. It was a very comfortable hotel with great facilities and plenty of places to get in the shade if you didn't like the heat. the food was very tasty and we were opposite the beach which was really great. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would like to personally thank Dimitris for looking after us so well. - Karl

Following several nights in Athens, my nephew, his wife, and I arrived at the Hotel Epavlis only to find that the rooms we booked through our travel agent were not available. After some considerable discussion it was agreed that I would stay in the room with my nephew and his wife for two nights and then be given the room I booked for myself for the remaining six nights. This was an inconvenience for my nephew and his wife as well as for me, but since we travel well together it seemed an accepta - William

Just returned from my first visit to Greece. My main objective was to visit Santorini island knowing how beautiful it is. My trip turned out to be even better in a personal sense. Stayed at Atalos Villas for 2 nights in a huge room with a balcony facing the swimming pool. The hotel owner, Giannis and his wife are the proud owner of this beautiful and well maintained property. My personal experience was when Giannis went out of his way to ensure my safely to leave the island when all ferry servic - Debbie

This was our second stay at the Tamarix (we stayed back in 2006) and we loved it just as much as the first time. We stayed with our 17 month old and it was perfect for a young family. The customer service is extremely good and the staff are attentive and helpful. The room, pool and reception areas were immaculate and there were always plenty of sun loungers available. We have stayed in many nice hotels and still consider this to be one of the best we have stayed in. - Lisa

We stayed for one week in Rose Bay Hotel .The pool area is beautiful ,very relaxing ,plenty of sun beds,good pool bar with great mix of background music. We had a ground floor room which was spacious ,but quite cheaply furnished,beds were ok not luxurious at all. We ate at the pool bar for lunch very good . The breakfast was a let down ,it was just ok ,poor quality juice and cold meats. Also annoying to have to pay for pool towels and safe should all be included in 4* prices. However overall I - Henrik

Before booking the Horizon I had read many postiive reviews and can do nothing but agree! The pool area is the nicest we have ever stayed at, the loungers and parasols are comfortable not the horrible white plastic ones you usually get, and the pool area was never busy, but we came to realise during our stay that none of the pool areas at any hotels appeared to be busy as Santorini is not just for lazing by the pool, you need to explore the island and visit the sights. We absolutely loved our stay in Santorini. The hotel was perfect for us. We were looking for a bargain hotel because we were on a budget. I wasn't sure what we were going to get because the hotel was so inexpensive. The hotel, room and bathroom were extremely clean. I can't stand filth and grime and this place didn't have any. The free breakfast was awesome. The owners made you feel very comfortable and were very helpful. The free wi-fi is very fast. We would definitely stay there again. - Paul
