Stayed in the split-level studio- room was very clean all the time, spectacular view from our room balcony, ate breakfast there everyday, supermarket is a minute walk away. Eirini was extremely helpful and accomodating, and helped us make arrangements with everything from the rental car to booking excursions, and was always around to give advice on where to visit. all reviews » My friend and I would like to give some positive feedback on our experience at Nemesis Hotel in Santorini. We stayed there for a short period of time but Eirini made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice with what to do with our time there so we could make the most of it. We did a tour that Eirini suggested and we loved it and anything we asked she answered with ease. We felt very safe at Nemesis and the hotel is in a good location however the stay wouldn't of been as good if it wasn't . Irene is great and she is really helpful, she is more than happy to organize things for you without you even asking. she is always ready to help, she even called the travel agent for me to get the best price for my next flight, and she did that without even me asking her. she just offers all the help she can, to make you feel comfortable and make you enjoy your stay. the hotel is right near the town hall, you can walk into town center, its minutes away, all the shopping you need is all around t. The hotel is run by Eirini, which is a very nice and helpful lady. As soon as I arrived she already helped me to sort out my visit plans and book for a tour for the next day. The single room is not big but has a balcony, tv and fridge. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to Fira center and 3 minutes to a grocery store (carrefour). Hotel decoration is nice. Family-run hotel, ideal location just 100 meters from Fira centre, very clean room and hotel, nice view from our room, parking next to the hotel, friendly and professional approach, Eirini is an excellent professional and helped us a lot with different information about the island, value for money. The Nemesis is a great location for walking into Fira. Just a couple of minutes to a big supermarket, and 5 minutes into the town square. The lady who owns the place is so nice, and its one of the cleanest rooms we have ever had. the hostess and hubbie :) very helpful in everything (even carried our luggage upstairs) breakfast in the room the view clean rooms very near the city centre (only 5'-8' minute easy walk from the central bus station). The readiness of Mrs. Iriny, the owner/manager of this family hotel treated us as V.I.P. and was ready to advise in choosing trips or cruises. Beautifully appointed, traditionally decorated rooms. The location is ok, almost the furthest one in Fira town though it's just 5 minutes walk. Nothing to not like about it recommend it 100%. the rooms balcony i stayed in was looking out to the main street and it can be very noisy, i don't know if all the rooms look out to the main street. The breakfast is not served outside on the garden, just in the room. Outdoors would be very nice and would improve the hotel experience. The breackfast. Shower smelled a bit of mildew. Nothing disliked. 1.Breakfast included,and served in room---bread,and several jams and butter in packet. coffee pad. Tetra pak juice. That's not what a guest expects as breakfast served in a hotel. 2.Old decoration and furnatures. 3. . I think there are less than 10 rooms. So you do not have much choice especially for couples wanting a double bed.
