This place exceeded our expectations 2nd to none , was so impress how the owner play there role in making our holiday in Santorini a memorable one. The hotel is lovely so close to the place we want to go but not too close to the noisy tourist. We enjoy the sunrise view right in front of our room and a very nice tasty breakfast which slightly different every day. all reviews » Caterine the host is amazing, treated us as a member of her family and helped us with everything, specially with the changes made on last minute with our ferry because of weather conditions. She and her husband run with us to catch the ferry to Athens on time. Really appreciated it, I will not get it sorted without your help. We had a great and pleasure stay there, the apartment was great, comfortable bed, hot shower, wi-fi, and an delicious, fresh and full breakfast! Amazing!!! It's a bit hard. Friendly host familly and staff. The hostess picked up us at the port and serve us drinking break in cafe at port for waiting for another quests that actually taks 15-20 minuts. The staff menber present us cups of water when we arrived. The Host's sun sent us a bottle of mineral water when I asked him if the tap water could be drinking. Hostess sent us a little gift when we check out. the host carried us to take our early flight at 7am. All these made family style atomasphere to us. The locati. The staff were wonderful. They were at the port to pick us up and greeted us with open arms. Every morning, Katerina made us breakfast that was just perfect...buttered bread with jam, greek yogurt with honey, ham and cheese toast, cake, coffee, orange juice. It was so good! The room was very clean and it was thoroughly cleaned everyday. It had a beautiful view overlooking the other side of the island, and it was in a very quiet part of Fira so there weren't any loud scooters, cars, or music to . The hotel is quite good as the reviews. We booked the hotel and telephoned to request a pick up service. Catalina(sorry if i spelled wrong words) picked up as on the airport and she is open and likes to make friendly joke. The hotel are two buildings with pink , which looks lovely. The room is comfortable and quiet. You can view the beautiful sunrise everyday on balcony. And there are mini kitchen in room , which you can use to make some food by yourself. The breakfast made by Catalina is reall. I had never seen this kind of client attention that I received in Nectarios Villa. To start, the lovely Catherina (owner) picks you up from the airport, free of charge (she will also take you back when you leave). Once you arrive, you have an amazing view and a perfect room (very big indeed, with all that you might need, and very clean). She also made all the arrangements for a car rental: called the service, they brought the car and at the end she took the car back for us. She will give you ad. We landed at 6:15am and had requested to use the free shuttle service and Nectarios was there waiting for us when we landed, which was really nice. Because we got there early, our room wasn't ready/open yet but they put us in a different room so we could get some sleep. We actually didn't get to switch rooms until the next day because of some confusion, but Katerina was very nice and helpful about everything. The free breakfast is absolutely amazing and filling, so make sure to wake up for that. Rooms are lovely, breakfast was the best in our entire 3 and 1/2 week trip, proximity to Fira town and especially the warmth and friendliness of Katarina and Nectarious!! Katarina helped look out for my husband who had an ankle injury and had to stay in room during the visit. She fixed him a wonderful lunch at no charge. The room is well equipped and clean. Little sculptures and other decorations establish great atmosphere for honeymoon. They also provide delicious breakfast. Actual position of the Hotel is Northeast from the center of Fira and faceward to east coast of the island. There is a little noise from the road east of the house. It was all perfect!. I should have stayed more than 2 nights. The bathroom is tiny and poorly designed, but from previous comments, I knew of this. It's pretty hard to shower because of the tiny shower and water gets everywhere. Quite a steep walk to get to this Villa but has an uninterrupted view to the ocean. Everything was wonderful - can't think of anything we didn't like. The pool is little bit small～. Nothing - all good!. Nothing!. Pool is quite small but we had it to ourselves for the majority of the time. The bathroom is a little bit small and we take a shower, it becomes completely wet. The TV didn´t work very well (few channels, bad sign). But besides, everything was perfect!. We liked everything- from the design of the house, the spot the nice colour of the house and the good taste in all design. Really nothing. we had a standard double room which is quite small; it was only used for sleeping so was perfect for us anyways. Nothing. Nothing. About location, although hotel is very near to center, but for first time it's impossible to find by urself. Be warned the rooms are tiny, but hey it's Greece. The apartment studios are a little bigger but were all fully booked during our stay. Hard to find. Beware google maps location as it's not correct. I have a personal preference for softer beds and my back has problems so my needs are specific. Unfortunately the beds were not ideal but it was only a small problem. Nothing. It was a little difficult to find the villa. Nothing... Nothing!. As the other reviews mention, the place is mis-identified on Google maps. Call the number for the hotel and they will come pick you up. You will never find it. Do not try.
