I stayed at this hotel with my 26 year old daughter and 2 year old grandaughter for 2 fabulous weeks. We all absolutely loved the hotel and its surroundings and were so sad to leave at the end of our holiday. My daughter and I both thought that it was one of the best holidays that we've ever had. Superb hospitality ensured by extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. The rooms are simple, but very clean and with a touch of traditional Cretan architecture. Our children (7 and 5 years old) loved the pools, the playground and the animation team. The beach was excellent, but the seabed is quite stony. Still, the sea was warm and joyful. I just returned from Alia beach club apartments. The hotel is simply amazing. It has spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The hotel is located very close to the beach and has excellent food. - Stephen

We spent a week at these apartments and couldn't find a single fault. The apartments are spotless, very spacious and comfortable. The shower is fantastic, better than the one at home and is easily a double shower. The hospitality shown by the owners, George and Maria is second to none. They cannot do enough for you and welcome you into their resort like welcoming you into their home. A very small, intimate resort where everyone can relax. This hotel was recomended to me by a friend which is a manager of some hotels in Hersonissos. The location of Galaxy hotel could not be better, in the heart of Heraklion, it is close to the Knossos, bus station, city centre, port and airport as well. Despite of the fact that the hotel is located on a busy road, there was no noise at all inside the room, you will hear the traffic only if you open the door of balcony.
