  The staff members were friendly, nice and really helpful all the time. They were all professional and passionate to help guests. And the room was amazing with a beautiful shower and bath tub seperated with the toilet. I stayed with my boss and we could stay at the seperated space since the room had a basement area which was with a extra bed.   This was the best hotel on our entire trip. The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. The location in the town is superb and the staff was incredibly helpful in every way. This town is not to be missed when traveling to Germany and this hotel is without a doubt the way to go from location, ambience, price, service, the whole nine yards. Thank you!

  The hotel has a convenient location- 2 blocks from the entrance of the old town of Rothenburg. We could walk there from the hotel. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our use. There is also a nice restaurant and breakfast is included. - Close to the city - convenient walk. Excellent food.
