The staff was extremelyefficient, polite, and helpful. They responded inmmediately to ourrequests. We would defintiely stay again if we ever have the opportunityto return to Rothenburg (which we hope we can do). The location is great- quiet, but very close to the main square. Location is right next to the old town and a couple of minutes to the christmas markets which were a highlight of a seven week holiday.
