  Upon arrival one of the rooms we booked was not ready, however we arivedaround noon, check in is normally not until 2:00. We left all ourluggage in the room that was ready and went out, when we arrived back,Dieter had put a bottle of wine on ice in the room that had not beenready. Deiter went out of his way to make certain that our stay was agood o... what people say » ne, he is a wondeful assest to the hotel. - It was really in centre of the Berlin; Hotel itself was lovely with high ceilings (bathroom was small, but how much time you spend in there?) and it was not next to some busy street, so in the morning you could have a really peacful sleep :D - The atmosphere is very pleasant; the rooms are big, well decorated and cosy; the staff takes care of all details and the hotel is very well placed just in the centre of Berlin. If I come back to Berlin we will for sure choose the same hotel.

  Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets.   Great place to stay, secure, clean, affordable, comfortable apartment and friendly staff, with a location second to none, 10 mins walk from city centre and main u-bahn station, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in locality, particularly if you like asian food and a supermarket across the street. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin as well as not the best located one. But the price corresponds and it offers a great value for money.
