First of all I must say I don't really get all the negative comments the Potsdamer Inn got here on letsbookhotel.com. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin as well as not the best located one. But the price corresponds and it offers a great value for money. Anyway my experience was very good and completely fulfilled my expectations. Rooms were small and fairly simply equipped but clean and quiet. Breakfast was fairly rich and tasty and since we arrived around 3 PM and got a parking sp.

Good location, good staff, good price. Staff (very kind person on reception). Convenient locatiom,kind staff. We stayed on 5.floor towards the parking lot, and it was very quiet. Rooms are "ok" - old and a little worn out and not the fanciest place we have stayed, but fairly ok. There are 4 beds and a bathroom. If you want luxury, don't book this hotel. We booked a guided bicycle tour around the city and that was excellent!! Fat Tire Berlin. it was cheap, the rooms and bathroom were clean. good beds. A nice hotel. Clean. An hotel just for sleep. The location of the hotel, close to U-Bahn stations, in a walking distance to major landscapes such as the Potsdam Platz. Breakfast was not bad. Internet connection was very good. 50 Euro including breakfast in this location is worth considering -- if you are in a tight budget. Perhaps the location. 1.the housekeeping ladies,even though they didn't speak English they were trying for the best. 2.wi-fi free even though was not working in breakfast area. - buffet breakfast - location. The staff did not speak much English but that's an experience you get in almost any hotel in eastern part of Germany. The amount of parking space available is limited (my guess is about 20 spots) and gets crowded. If you arrive in the evening or at night there is a high chance that you are not going to get your own parking spot. However streets nearby the hotel offer public parking free of charge. furniture of the room, lightning of the hotel. Breakfest, could be a little richer but it is not a big issue. WI-FI dont work 2 days. Breakfast is not tasty. Wi-fi (it was working very unstable on the 5th floor). Dirty duvet and carpet, breakfast not fresh. Even though they write free parking, you might end up not getting a parking spot, as the parking lot was very crowded. parkings pace that they provide is very small so it was full when we got there. Breakfast room isn't very clean. No airconditioner. staff room with old windows old. I drove my car and needed a parking space, but when I checked-in at 6:30 p.m., I was told to park my car on the street in front of the hotel because the hotel's parking was completely full. I did not watch TV, but it looks like the room's TV was "kaput". Bad furniture in the room. Bad internet connection. 1.rude breakfast person 2.very dirty towels (full of hair one day) (when they suppose to be clean) 3.too much money for the little facilities and the room. - no wi-fi in the room (it seems it had been not working for few days and they were waiting for a technician to come... -...which i found out only after my German friend spoke to the hotel Staff ( as the lady at the Reception spoke no/poor English and simply handed me in wifi password etc - only one hanger for my clothes (one broken left in the room) - very poor/thin curtains - some stains on the sheet.
